Garcia hits 2 home runs in Panthers Win
Buckeye Local defeated Chuluota, 7-3, in large part due to 18-year old first baseman Marco Garcia. Garcia drove in 4 runs. The first baseman had 1 double and 2 home runs for the Panthers. Roberto Ahumada snagged the win in relief. He goes to 7-4 on the season. Marco Torres suffered the loss. Jim Unknown recorded his 1st save for Buckeye Local.

Buckeye Local used the timely hitting of Brian Schultz to capture the win. The pinch hitter socked a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Panthers ahead, 5-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a big one.

"We did a lot of things right," said Schultz.

The loss makes Chuluota 37-85.
