Jesus Cortes did a number on the Wolverines in the 14-4 San Bernardino victory -- and the number was 5. The Flight center fielder banged out 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Ballpark of San Bernardino to lead his club past the Riverside Wolverines.

"I felt good in the batter's box," he said. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done."
