Crystal Lake catcher Pete DiBiaso had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the San Bernardino Flight, 5-3, in 10 innings. Getting the save was Brian Kyzar, his 9th. The last-place Flight have lost 5 straight games.
Justin Hastings came through with a big-time hit for Crystal Lake. The designated hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 5-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," DiBiaso told the Crystal Lake Today.
