A 4-RBI performance from Kenneth Bates helped the Jacksonville Nationals beat the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers, 9-5. Jacksonville has now won 5 straight.

Eric Cannova found himself in a pressure situation in the top of the ninth. Facing Sunrise Manor hurler Danny Rodriguez, the 20-year-old left fielder hit a sacrifice fly. His 16th RBI of the season put the Nationals on top, 6-5.

"This team is real focused right now," said Jacksonville manager Zack Glomski.
