Orosco Deals Juneau 3-1 Setback
|
In a tight affair between the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers and the Juneau Sled Dogs, pitcher Luis Orosco was in the zone. The Sunrise Manor right-hander helped his team win the game, 3-1. The save went to Jose Pinedo, his 2nd this season. The defeat makes Juneau 42-58.
Orosco was in the zone, shutting down Juneau hitters over 7.1 innings. Orosco, who threw 100 pitches, allowed 1 run on 2 hits. He also tallied 11 punchouts.
"Luis -- his tempo and rhythm were good," said Sunchasers manager . "He was the key to us winning."
