The Chuluota Imperials defeated the Biloxi Jackpot, 10-6. Right Fielder Travis Greer deserved a large share of the credit. Greer was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 5 for the Imperials. Chuluota reliever Adam Coleman picked up the win, upping his record to 3-1. Jim Unknown absorbed the loss. Biloxi, at 47-49, has lost 8 straight.

The Jackpot had been locked in a 3-3 tie with the Imperials going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 21-year old first baseman John Love came to the plate. Love hit a 3-run home run on a first pitch curveball from Biloxi hurler Jim Unknown. It was Love's 25th home run of the year.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Greer.
