Sunchasers Come Up Short at San Bernardino, 5-4
Good production from center fielder Heriberto Paula helped the San Bernardino Flight topple the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers, 5-4. Paula went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times for the Flight. The 5th-place Sunchasers have lost 4 consecutive games.

Jesus Cortes cracked a home run off Zach Bruce in the bottom of the seventh. His solo blast put the Flight on top, 5-4. In all, Cortes had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 3.
