Flight Suffer 7-5 Loss to Sunchasers

Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers and San Bernardino Flight.
San Bernardino left fielder Steve Fites had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Fites was 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, even as Sunrise Manor beat the Flight, 7-5. The third-place Sunchasers now have a record of 55-38.
The Sunchasers got a big at-bat from second baseman David Jordan. For the game, Jordan went 1-3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Sunrise Manor a 6-3 lead.
"Feels good to get the job done," Jordan said after the game.
