The Jacksonville Nationals extended their winning streak.

Andy Villarrel helped his team muscle past the Chuluota Imperials, 11-8. In the game, the Jacksonville first baseman went 2-3 with 2 doubles and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Eric Grace picked up the save, his 14th.

Jacksonville used the timely hitting of Mike Anderton to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Nationals on top, 11-8. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I believe in our guys," said Jacksonville skipper Zack Glomski. "I like the energy they're playing with."
