The Sunrise Manor Sunchasers topped the Haviland Thrashers by a score of 6-3. Leading the way was first baseman Tom Lambert. Lambert went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Sunchasers. The win went to Zach Bruce in relief, making him now 3-7. Richard Recchini took the loss for Haviland. Cristofer Sanchez recorded the save, making him 6 for 6.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Adrian Hopkins? The Sunrise Manor second baseman had a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to put the Sunchasers on top, 3-2. For the game, Hopkins had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
