Crystal Lake Loses, 4-3, to Sunrise Manor in 13
The Sunrise Manor Sunchasers defeated the Crystal Lake Killers, 4-3, in 13 innings in Southern Conference action at Field of the Sunchasers. Sunrise Manor pitcher Lazaro Martinez had a standout performance. The win was credited to Oscar Lopez in relief. His record improves to 1-3. Matt Haskins took the loss. After today's action, Sunrise Manor sits at 50-37, while Crystal Lake falls to 50-37.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 13th inning, when Sunrise Manor first baseman Dallas Heroux, facing Matt Haskins, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Sunchasers the 4-3 win.

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," Martinez said.
