Enthusiastic fans came out to support the home team at Wolverines Ballpark.

The Riverside Wolverines powered past the Haviland Thrashers, 8-4, at Wolverines Ballpark. Jaden York went 2-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice, to lead the charge. The defeat makes Haviland 56-30.

The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when York hit a 2-run home run off Brad Porretta. It propelled the Wolverines into the lead, 4-2.

"We didn't pitch good, and when you don't pitch good, you lose," said Haviland manager Matt Conners.
