Riverside got a decent performance from pitcher Baden Keevil, but it wasn't enough to beat the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes. Ft. Wayne won the Wolverines Ballpark contest, 5-1. Keevil threw 7.0 innings of 6-hit ball for the losing team. Ft. Wayne, at 67-18, is cruising.

Ft. Wayne used the hitting of Hemmu Hilali to pick up the win. The center fielder clubbed a solo home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Earthquakes on top, 2-0. For the game, Hilali had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
