Flight Get One-Run Win at Sunrise Manor
Sunrise Manor center fielder Chris Birchfield had a good game, even if his team did not. The Sunchasers dropped a 3-2 decision to San Bernardino at Field of the Sunchasers. Birchfield went 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. Allen Ellingson earned the save for San Bernardino. The loss makes Sunrise Manor 30-52.

San Bernardino used the timely hitting of Ronald Poole to capture the win. The shortstop socked a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Flight ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.
