The Chuluota Imperials got a superb performance from pitcher Kyle Young. Still, it wasn't enough to beat San Bernardino. The Flight won the game, 2-1. Young threw 5.0 innings of shutout ball. The 4th-place Flight improved to 33-46.

The Flight got a big hit from second baseman Pablo Gonzalez. In the bottom of the sixth, Gonzalez smacked a 2-run home run off Chuluota pitcher Namito Eda. It was his 6th home run of the season. Suddenly, the Flight were ahead, 2-1.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Chuluota manager Larry Voltaire.
