Sunrise Manor first baseman Justin Sinclair was sensational. He went 3-4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. San Bernardino beat the Sunchasers, 6-5, in 10 innings. The winner in relief was Eddie Rutledge. He is now 1-0. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2 innings. The current losing streak for Sunrise Manor has reached 7 games.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the top of the tenth, with the game tied, Jim Unknown was at the plate when San Bernardino scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the Flight to go in front, 6-5.
