A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes and Sunrise Manor Sunchasers.

Ft. Wayne starter Javier Palos throttled the Sunrise Manor offense, as the Earthquakes won in a rout, 13-0. The Earthquakes, at 59-16, have now won 4 straight.

The Earthquakes got a big hit from right fielder Edgardo Perez. Facing Sunrise Manor pitcher Jesus Gonzalez in the top of the sixth, Perez pounded a 2-run triple to center. His 3rd triple of the season put the Earthquakes ahead, 3-0.

"Javier pounded the strike zone and made good pitches when he needed to," said Ft. Wayne manager Du-sung Moon.
