Sunchasers Rally to Nose Past Riverside
The Sunrise Manor Sunchasers did just enough to sneak past the Riverside Wolverines, 5-4, at Field of the Sunchasers. Sunrise Manor pitcher Ricky Thompson, in particular, had a standout performance. The Sunchasers raised their record to 36-38.

The decisive blow was delivered in the bottom of the ninth when Josh Pylant hit a run-scoring double off 18-year old right-handed pitcher Toru Bando to win the game for Sunrise Manor. The home crowd went wild.

"This place was rocking at the end," Thompson said.
