Nationals Pick Up 5-4 Win Against Sunrise Manor
Led by Tommy Johnson, the Jacksonville Nationals defeated the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers, 5-4. Johnson was 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Nationals. Jorge Cortez earned the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. He upped his record to 3-0. Chris Kelley collected save number 8.

Johnson had a timely hit for Jacksonville in the top of the seventh. With Jacksonville trailing 3-2, he turned a full count fastball into a 2-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season, making it 4-3, Jacksonville.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Sunrise Manor manager . "The effort was great."

The Nationals improved to a lofty 50-20.
