Multi-HR Game for Koerner in 13-5 Win
A 6-RBI performance from the 20-year old catcher Curt Koerner helped the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes beat the Riverside Wolverines, 13-5. Mario Manrique snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 4 runs on 5 hits over 1.1 innings. He's now 3-1 on the season. The Earthquakes improved their record to 49-15 with the win over Riverside.

Ft. Wayne designated hitter Marc Brooks helped his team take an early lead. In the top of the first, with the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.

"Our guys are never satisfied," said Ft. Wayne manager Du-sung Moon.
