Ramon Excels, But Sunchasers Win
Chuluota right fielder Aaron Ramon had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Ramon went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a double, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4, even as Sunrise Manor beat the Imperials, 7-6. Cory Singer snagged the win in relief. The left-hander allowed 2 runs on 4 hits over 1.2 innings. He's now 1-4 on the season. Sunrise Manor's record now stands at 26-34, placing them 5th in the Southern Conference East Division.

It could have been a different outcome for Sunrise Manor, had it not been for Phil Henderson, the 20-year old left fielder . Henderson contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the ninth inning to put Sunrise Manor up, 7-6.

"We got the victory," said Henderson. "That's all that matters at the end of the day."
