The Riverside Wolverines stymied the Chuluota Imperials, 6-1, at Imperials Ballpark. Billy Veillette had a good day at the plate. He was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Riverside. The Wolverines now have a record of 31-29 with the win over Chuluota.

Riverside used a clutch at-bat from Paul Adam to capture the win. The first baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Wolverines ahead, 4-1. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

Said losing manager Larry Voltaire: "The list goes on and on of things we just flat out didn't do."
