Ft. Wayne Slaps 5-4 Loss on Buckeye Local
|
In a tight contest at Earthquakes Stadium, the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes edged the Buckeye Local Panthers by the score of 5-4. Ft. Wayne second baseman Chad Rodriguez, who blasted 1 home run, was a key contributor. The winner was Danny Wilkinson in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Tom Little took the loss. Ray LeCain closed the door for Ft. Wayne, picking up his 18th save of the year.
