Earthquakes Squeeze By Riverside, 4-3
The Earthquakes earned a hard-fought, 4-3 win in 10 innings at Earthquakes Stadium. To do so required withstanding a fine effort from Riverside pitcher Manny Garcia. Garcia went 6.1 innings and allowed 1 run. Ft. Wayne reliever Marcos Patino got the win, raising his record to 2-2. Leonardo Vazquez was tagged with the loss. Ft. Wayne has now won 4 in a row.

Ft. Wayne got a game-changing hit from Beau Richardson. The second baseman blasted a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"This place sure got loud," said Du-sung Moon, the Ft. Wayne manager.
