Ft. Wayne starter Ray Fight put a stranglehold on the Riverside offense. The right-hander had complete command of his fastball in leading the Earthquakes to a 3-1 win. Jonathan Brey earned the save, his 10th, for the Earthquakes. The Earthquakes, now 45-7, have won 7 in a row.
Fight scattered 1 hit over 6.1 innings for the Earthquakes. With the win, Fight goes to 9-0 on the year with 59 strikeouts.
