The Haviland Thrashers knocked off the Riverside Wolverines by the score of 17-3. Ben Shafer provided some pop, going 3-for-5 with 1 home run. Bobby Maestas, the winner, improved to 4-0. He held the Wolverines to 3 runs on 6 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 6 and walking 5. Early on, the Thrashers, at 15-3, have piled up the wins.

Nate Sheridan hit a 2-run double off Adam Hinton in the top of the first, which put the Thrashers in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Sheridan had 1 single, while going 2 for 3.
