Imperials Continue Skid, Thanks to Koerner, Earthquakes
Ft. Wayne defeated Chuluota, 9-4, in large part due to 20-year old catcher Curt Koerner. Koerner drove in 5 runs. The catcher had 1 double and 1 home run for the Earthquakes. With the loss, Chuluota sinks to 0-5.

Koerner made an early impact for Ft. Wayne when he stroked his 5th home run of the season. The grand slam home run, which came in the bottom of the second, put the Earthquakes on top, 5-0.

"We're not really clicking on anything right now," said Chuluota manager Larry Voltaire.
