Raucous Panthers Park Crowd Propels Panthers to 5-2 Victory; Series Tied at 2
The Wichita Panthers took down the Newport News Wranglers by the score of 5-2 and moved into a 2-2 tie in the League Championship Series. The largest share of the credit belongs to Wichita starter Noah Damm, who threw 7.0 innings allowing 2 runs.

Chris Hillis helped out the Wichita cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the designated hitter drew 1 walk.

"I felt we were ready to go," said Wichita manager Ross Meister. "Our pregame was pretty good."
