Panthers Get 9-4 Win Versus Niskayuna
|
Behind a fine performance from Adam Motschenbacher, the Wichita Panthers knocked off the Niskayuna Fighting Knights, 9-4. Motschenbacher went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for the Panthers. The triumph puts Wichita at 75-63 for the season.
Aaron Anderson, who is tied for 8th in the SL2 in runs scored with 91, aided the Wichita cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth. For the game, the center fielder was 2-4 with 2 singles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"It feels good to get this one," Anderson told the Wichita Today.
