Mt. Vernon left fielder Johnny Harris had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Harris went 4 for 5 with 2 home runs and 2 singles, even as Anaheim beat the Cyclones, 6-3, in 10 innings. Earning the save was Joe Lilley. He's now cashed in 12 of 12 save opportunities. The defeat makes Mt. Vernon 70-64.

Anaheim took advantage of an error in the top of the tenth inning. The game was tied, 2-2, when Jerry Perez hit a run-scoring single that was misplayed. It put the Music in front, 3-2.

"It's a good feeling when you fight so hard and win," said Music manager Ed Arroyo.
