Alpines Pick Up 6-4 Win Against Ontario
Adrian Moore had a good game, but he could not keep the Ontario Sunrays from falling, 6-4, to the Savannah Alpines at Sunrays Field. The Ontario designated hitter was 3 for 3 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 in the loss. With the victory, the Alpines upped their record to 66-65.

Savannah used the hitting of Rafael Farrand to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Alpines on top, 6-3. For the game, Farrand had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Savannah manager Ryan Allen.
