The Super Troopers got a fine performance from right fielder Eric Propper, who went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The Sub League 2 Central Division-leading Super Troopers are 82-45.

Early in the game, Propper had a grand slam home run for Santa Barbara. It was his 26th home run of the season and put the Super Troopers on top, 4-0.

Propper attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
