Ricardo Sanabria impressed in the 17-6 Mt. Vernon win over Niskayuna. Sanabria went 3 for 4 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. The winning continues for Mt. Vernon, with the latest triumph making it 7 straight.

In the bottom of the first inning, second baseman Jason King had a 2-run double for Mt. Vernon. It was his 24th double of the season and put the Cyclones on top, 2-0.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Sanabria.
