Fighting Knights Walk It Off for 48th Win of Season
The Niskayuna Fighting Knights overcame a pretty good performance by Anaheim third baseman Justin Gallup, beating the Music, 13-10, at Fighting Knights Field. Gallup was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3. The win was credited to 20-year old left-handed pitcher Doug DeBauche in relief. His record improves to 4-1. Jose Robles took the loss. Anaheim now owns a losing streak of 5 games.

Niskayuna got a game-changing hit from Jeremias Vega. The second baseman blasted a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"Nice to keep our winning streak intact," said Vega.
