The Anaheim Music withstood a fine game by South Pasadena left fielder Andy Rael at Air Riders Ballpark, to upend the Air Riders, 7-6. Rael went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Aaron Kent, credited with the save, is now 2 for 3 in save opportunities. The third-place Music own a record of 25-47.

Had Keith Tyndall not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Tyndall hit a 2-run single. That made the score 7-6, in favor of the Music.
