Cyclones LF Reese goes 3-for-4 in Win
Dan Reese was instrumental in his team's 7-2 triumph over the Newport News Wranglers. The first baseman went 3 for 4 with a home run and a triple, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Mt. Vernon Cyclones. With the win, Mt. Vernon raised its record to 47-40.

In the first inning, Reese had a run-scoring triple for Mt. Vernon. It was his 2nd triple of the season and put the Cyclones on top, 1-0.

"Solid game, solid win tonight," said a smiling Reese.
