Getting a good performance from left fielder Juan Guerra, the Mt. Vernon Cyclones defeated the Wichita Panthers, 9-4. Guerra went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Cyclones. The winning pitcher was Danny Vollmer. He's now 5-3.
