Super Troopers Earn 8-6 Win Versus Savannah
The Santa Barbara Super Troopers beat the Savannah Alpines, 8-6, at Alpines Stadium. The Super Troopers got a fine performance from left fielder Jordan McPherson, who went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Santa Barbara reliever Mike Lopez was the winner. His record is now 5-0. Willie Granados took the loss. The save went to Steve Albrecht, number 10 for him.
