Sunrays Capture Close Win
Starting pitcher Sebastian Lopez pitched well enough to help the Ontario Sunrays beat the Anaheim Music, 6-5. Craig Walker picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. Jose Robles, who is tied for 4th in the SL2 in saves with 14, was tagged with the loss. The last-place Sunrays now sit at 27-43.

Up to bat in the bottom of the ninth, 18-year old right fielder Eric Wood had a chance to be the hero. Anaheim pitcher Jose Robles wanted to foil that plan. But with no outs, Wood hit a sacrifice fly. The Sunrays had themselves a thrilling win.

"It's a thrill to get that kind of win," Lopez said.
