Sunrays Suffer 6-3 Home Defeat
The Savannah Alpines dealt the Ontario Sunrays a 6-3 loss at Sunrays Field. Mickey Michael was the star on offense. He was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Dave Golash, the winner, improved to 1-1. He held Ontario to 2 runs on 3 hits over 6.1 innings, while racking up 8 strikeouts. Willie Granados got the save, the 2nd for him this season.
