Cyclones Earn 10-3 Win Against Wranglers
The Mt. Vernon Cyclones bested the Newport News Wranglers by a score of 10-3, in 10 innings. Jared Dawson deserved much of the credit. On the day, Dawson was 3-5 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Cyclones. Cory Hobbs was the winner in relief. His record is now 2-0. The losing pitcher was Luke Walley.
