Panthers Absorb 3-2 Home Loss
|
The Carson City Miners knocked off the Wichita Panthers, 3-2, in Sub League 2 action at Panthers Park. Carson City pitcher and Soledad, Mexico, native Victor Meza had an outstanding performance. Angelo Luque, now 4-3, was credited with the win in 1.2 innings of relief. He allowed 1 run on 3 hits, while striking out 0 and walking 0. With this game in the books, Carson City is 37-20, Wichita 31-26.
