Super Troopers Topple Fighting Knights with Late Rally
The Santa Barbara Super Troopers defeated the Niskayuna Fighting Knights, 5-4. Third Baseman Chris Cantu deserved a large share of the credit. Cantu was 2 for 5 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 3 for the Super Troopers. Isaiah Timmons earned the save, his 2nd. The win boosted Santa Barbara to 37-18.

Luke Sharp helped out the Santa Barbara cause in the top of the sixth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the catcher was 1 for 4.
