Campbell Propels Aurora Offense in 10-3 Rout
Paints first baseman Mike Campbell put his stamp on his team's 10-3 win over the Little Rock Golden Gophers. Campbell went 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for Aurora in the contest. Brayden Snell went 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 7 hits. The left-hander struck out 2 and walked 4. With the win, he ups his record to 4-13 this season. Carlos Rios was credited with the save, his 3rd in 5 tries.

Constantin Lupu, who is rated as the 48th best prospect by BNN, took Little Rock hurler Dave Anderson deep in the bottom of the first. His 2-run home run put the Paints on top, 2-0. In all, Lupu had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"We knocked the fire out of the ball," said Aurora manager Orlando Salinas. "The guys swung the bats pretty good, and that's fun to see."

The win puts Aurora at 49-82.
