The Montgomery Missions stopped the Niskayuna Fighting Knights, 7-4, behind an impressive performance from David Henning. The 21-year old catcher made life miserable for Niskayuna pitching. He went 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Losses have been rare for the Fighting Knights, who are now 9-3.

With Montgomery trailing 2-0 in the bottom of the fifth, Henning hit a fastball from Enrique Rodriguez for a grand slam home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Missions ahead, 4-2.

"Good, gritty kind of win," said Missions manager Hoa Nguyen-Dinh.
