Sikeston Shamrocks starter Rich Bryan turned in a top-notch performance against the Montgomery Missions at Shamrocks Park. The result was a win for the Shamrocks, 4-2. With the loss, Montgomery falls to 2-2.

Making an impact for the home team was Steve Amparan. In the bottom of the second, the 22-year old right fielder had a run-scoring walk. That made the score 2-0, Shamrocks.

"We put together a nice win," Amparan said.
