Desperados Pull Off Thrilling 5-4 Win in Extras
The Medford Desperados dealt the Aurora Paints a 5-4 loss in 11 innings at Paints Park. Jake Criscuolo was the star on offense. He went 2-5 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2. Ramiro Rodriguez claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 4 innings. His record stands at 4-1. Angel Alvarez was credited with the save for Medford, his 9th of the season.

Medford used a clutch hit from Garrett Buckner to snatch the win. The center fielder belted a solo home run in the top of the 11th inning to put the Desperados ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit, but it was huge.
