A 3-RBI performance from catcher Todd Gordon led the Medford Desperados to a win over the Waco Warlocks, 5-3. With this game in the books, Medford is 86-43, Waco 58-71.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Gordon hit a fastball from Sam Betourne for a 2-run home run. The Desperados, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

After the game, Medford manager Noah Alexander applauded the team's effort. "We put some good AB's together," he said.
