Fans watched the Medford Desperados and the Tacoma Thunder Wolves fight to the finish.

Due in large part to left fielder Jeremy Martin, the Medford Desperados sunk the Tacoma Thunder Wolves, 5-4. Martin was 4-5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles. Medford reliever Mike Allen picked up the win, while Andy Merrick took the loss for Tacoma. Keith Price, who is tied for 7th in the SL1 in saves with 10, earned the save for Medford.

Martin had a big at-bat with a runner on 3rd in the bottom of the first inning, when he hit a run-scoring double. The Desperados went on to win.

"We're obviously playing with a lot of confidence," said Medford manager Noah Alexander.

The Desperados have now reeled off 7 straight wins.
