Thomas Hits Two Dingers, Golden Gophers Win, 11-5
The Little Rock Golden Gophers cut down the Waco Warlocks by the score of 11-5, with the largest share of the credit going to shortstop Neil Thomas. Thomas went 2-4 with 2 home runs and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice for the Golden Gophers. Little Rock pitcher Caleb Bond earned the win, hiking his record to 14-4. Alex Gonzales suffered the loss. Little Rock has an impressive 94-29 record.
